曾任《天下雜誌》未來事業部數位營運副理,擁有超過七年媒體與社會創新經驗。專注於企業永續(ESG)、公民倡議與數位內容策劃,長期以跨域視角連結、品牌敘事與公眾參與。
2025年7月成立「ARCHIVE 萬氏物序有限公司」,以「為萬物建檔、幫記憶建立秩序」,結合品牌策略、影像製作、社群行銷與策展,服務於關注永續責任的品牌與機構。
喜歡用影像與文字捕捉情緒,知識轉譯與公共溝通,推動永續變成生活風格與文化。
曾經營天下分眾議題的大永續社群,包含未來城市FutureCity、微笑台灣SmileTaiwan、銀天下Aging 及 由CSR@天下及永續會組成的 AI、ESG、地方創生、高齡者生態圈。負責分眾議題的創新溝通,用數據與邏輯優化品牌,經營數位品牌社群與會員。
工作範疇曾橫跨編輯、社群、經營會員、撰寫ESG內容、數位專輯、數位行銷、行動倡議、實體論壇、線上與實體策展及數位廣告。
創作風格融合分析、詩意哲思,在美感中提出問題、在敘事中引導行動。現居台北/高雄,正在經營 ARCHIVE Co., Ltd.新品牌事業,繼續以創作回應時代變遷。

Daniel Kao is the founder and CEO of ARCHIVE Co., Ltd., established in July 2025 with a mission to “archive the world and bring order to memory.
” ARCHIVE integrates brand strategy, visual production, community storytelling, and curatorial design to serve purpose-driven organizations committed to sustainability
Previously, Daniel served as the Deputy Director of Digital Operations at CommonWealth Magazine’s New Business Department, where he accumulated over seven years of experience in media innovation and social impact.
His work centers around ESG strategy, civic engagement, and interdisciplinary storytelling. He specializes in transforming complex knowledge into compelling narratives—bridging brand, community, and public discourse.
At CommonWealth, he led Digital Operation (DO) team for key subchannels such as FutureCity, SmileTaiwan, Aging, and CSR@CommonWealth, orchestrating initiatives across ESG, AI, regional revitalization, and aging ecosystems.
Daniel’s work has spanned editing, community building, ESG writing, digital publications, marketing campaigns, advocacy initiatives, public forums, hybrid exhibitions, and digital advertising.
He is deeply drawn to the integration of strategy with aesthetics, analysis with emotional depth raising questions through beauty and sparking action through stories.
Now based in Taipei and Kaohsiung, he continues to shape his vision through ARCHIVE, crafting creative responses to a world in transition.
